Who Are We?

Risk Design Solutions, LLC was founded in 2005. The firm is the partnership of Scott Dillow and Steve Risk . Together they envisioned an architecture firm that could provide architectural services in direct collaboration with construction services in order to provide a seamless approach to design-build projects.

Scott is the managing partner and responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the firm. Scott has both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed architect with a fifteen year background in Adaptive Reuse, Commercial, Institutional, Healthcare and Lifecare projects.

Scott is licensed to practice architecture in both Pennsylvania and Maryland and is a LEED accredited professional.
